I enjoyed my stay with helpful staff and the suite was very clean. It’s just a short walk to Xoximilco and the vibrant Ventura Park Cancun, making it a great spot for city explorations on weekends.

Had a great time with friends before our flight! We enjoyed the nice pool area, and the free shuttle to the airport at 4 am was super convenient. We visited Beto Avila Stadium, which was easily reachable. Just be ready for limited dining options since the on-site restaurant is a bit pricey.

Unfortunately, the shower in our room leaked onto the floor, and I wish there were more towel options available without having to ask multiple times.

a comfortable sofa bed. We appreciated the kitchenette and the pool area was a lovely surprise, but the shower leaked water onto the floor, which was frustrating for our long stay.

Can recommend for a quick layover

Spacious room, comfortable beds, equipped kitchenette with all basic utensils, which was really helpful for us as we prefer to make our own food whenever possible, and easy access to the nearby airport.

My stay exceeded expectations! The hotel had everything a family needs before a flight, including a lovely pool, fun outdoor space, and a clean room with a kitchenette. Breakfast was a treat with fresh fruit and local flavors that left us satisfied before heading to the airport.

The hotel was surprisingly good for families. The kids loved the big pool area with all the lights at night, it was like something out of a movie , and the staff was so friendly , always checking if we needed anything.

It wasn't cheap by any means, but still acceptable for what we got.

I had a dreadful experience with the shuttle schedule! After checking in, we were told the shuttle to the airport was fully booked, and we were offered an overpriced taxi instead. It took considerable protest before they finally arranged an extra van for us, which reflects a severe lack of flexibility and customer service!
